The Electrode Tip Puller Model ETP  is a high-temperature tip puller for pulling of quartz glass insulated platinum and Platinum/tungsten electrode fibers, manufactured exclusively by Thomas RECORDING GmbH in Giessen, Germany. The ETP is delivered completely with electronic control unit, instruments and power supply. The puller consists of a nitrogen-filled chamber. The Electrode Tip Puller can handle electrode fibers up to a maximum length of 500 mm for pulling tips. The column on which the device is mounted is a high-precision X-profile with movable supporting bases. The electronic control unit allows an exact adjustment of the pulling current.
